Marissa's room

2 year old townhouse located in the Union Park neighborhood of Lake Elmo, situated right on top of highway 94 for east commuting. The rest of the home is fully furnished and all HOA fees are covered. The room has a walk-in closet and great windows for natural lighting.

1 two-legged roommate, and 2 four-legged roommates already included. Me (the property owner); mid-thirties, a bit of a nerd, currently working remotely as a medical scribe/chart-prepper. Sansa (the property manager); 2 year-old cat. Very fluffy. A little shy, but super cuddly once she’s comfortable. Duck (the property defender); 9 month old Hungarian Mudi. Also a little shy and a little barky, but super playful and a smart boi.
