Lauri's room

This is a wonderful, private bedroom, downstairs in my home with a custom closet and a nice view as your on the ground floor, overlooking the front yard. The bed is a newer, plush top queen size and very comfortable.

There’s a private bathroom that has a large shower with two seats in it. There’s a toilet, sink, cabinet, mirror and extra storage.

There’s a patio with a fountain that the room looks over. There’s also a larger fountain in the backyard with a BBQ and lounge chairs.

The town I live in has a very inexpensive transportation service for $2 per trip and it’s in an electric SUV/van, all new.

I live near the water, in a family oriented neighborhood, that’s very safe and quiet. There’s ponds and fountains all throughout the well planned neighborhood.

There’s several grocery stores, eateries, wineries, breweries and even local farms nearby. It’s about 15 from the downtown capital, 20 minutes to Davis university & 20 minutes to Sacramento state university.

There’s many places to visit nearby, including the Sacramento river, the deep water channel, wineries, downtown and great running trails.

I’m only asking $1200 per month, a long with a deposit and with shared PG&E. All other utilities are paid for (water, sewer, trash & internet).

Single occupancy, no pets as I have a little Chihuahua and cats.

I’m looking for a non smoker, single occupant with no pets.
