possible Cons for you.

No pets. No drugs or criminals.

I am a 40yr old male. I have custody of 2 children who live with me 50% of the time. with school. they are only here 25% of the time to be fair. We are pretty chill normal people. if you are a normal person. youll have no issue with my kids. they will stay out of your bubble etc… But, That means the shower/bath area that is yours. is shared with the kids. but that bathroom has his and hers sinks. so you will have a private sink and cabinet area. if there is a conflict of schedule. I will encourage the kids to utilize my master bath to give you more space and accomodate your work/sleep schedule. but this will only be a issue like 25% of the month. rest of the time its just me here and as I mentioned. kids are in school. They are aged 10 and 17. so both are trying to be gone or outside most the time anyways.
