About the room
We have a spacious bedroom + a private bathroom in Tujunga. We’re in a quiet and safe neighborhood right by La Crescenta, so you can do all your errands/life in La Crescenta.
Utilities are included in the rent.
The room comes with a desk, a chair, a queen size bed, a dresser, a mini fridge, and a bookshelf.
You get your own street parking space for your car right in front of the house. Kitchen is free to use! But we prefer somebody who only needs kitchen for minimal cooking. Washer and dryer are available in our attached garage.
13 minutes to GCC, 17 minutes to ArtCenter/PCC.
About the roomies
We are a family of 2, myself and my mom! I’m a working professional woman in advertising, but I work remotely so I’m home most of the time on the weekdays. We have a small dog with us that will start loving you and probably bother you… So please inquire only if you’re good with that!
