-can either have garage parking (one car garage) and entrance into patio & then apartment -or can have option to have the uncovered spot outside right next to the gate which leads to patio
-washer / dryer on the outside patio
-Air conditioner throughout the apartment ! :)
-about 3.6 miles to csusm , a 10 min drive or maybe 15 depending on traffic approximently. You can either take back roads to the colllege or the freeway.
-close to palomar college as well.
About the roomies
Looking for 3 college students.
Utilities split 3 ways between the 3 ppl that are living there. I myself am not living there.
