Totally Private Multi-gen Suite in Brand-new West Summerlin Home. The suite has a private entrance and includes smallish BR which will fit a queen bed, a walk-in shower, Kitchenette, Living space and enough space for a desk, etc. One Garage space for a medium sized vehicle comes with the suite. A/C and heat are zoned throughout the house so you would be able to set your own comfort level. Common space for the house as a whole includes a laundry room, front and back patios and yard which will be transformed into a brand new pool in the near future.

Utilities are included.

The rest of the house is occupied by the owner (me) and perhaps a roommate in the future.

No pets, no smoking. Background, employment and credit checks will be required along with proof of income.

Owner occupies the rest of the house which has its own private entrances. It is composed of a Primary BR Suite with dual sinks, a huge shower and walk-in closet. The Living Room is open concept and the kitchen includes dual ovens and all new appliances. There is another full bath directly across from another BR.
