All utilities are included with free Internet access! The room is about 13×11 with a high cathedral style slanting wood beam ceiling. The room is at a quiet side of our home with fantastic views of Santa Barbara, Goleta, ocean, islands, and mountains. Solid oak doors on the bedroom and hallway helps to separate you from the rest of the home and helps to reduce any noise.

You share our home with Dan and Maria, the owners. We are retired and work from home. We are about 15 minutes to downtown on highway 154 to highway 101. It’s a very quite and peaceful home and area. Most tenants stay a year or two. It’s Month-to-Month so you can move out any time you like. We would like someone at least 3 months or longer.
