Unfurnished Bright and spacious primary bedroom in an apartment located in the heart of Midtown. The furniture you see in the bedroom is no longer there. It belonged to the prior roomate.
The entire place has floor to ceiling windows and the livingroom has a western exposure, so beautiful sunsets every day (that it’s sunny!)
The building is within short walking distance of Target and Marshall’s and very close to all of the shops and restaurants in Midtown.
To the north is the design district with all the high end stores. The location is just a few steps to major bus routes that go east to Miami Beach and west to the airport.
The rent includes utilities and wifi. No cable in the apartment.
Parking in the garage is an additional one hundred and fifty dollars for an assigned space and one hundred and twenty-five to park anywhere.
The room is available December 1st..
About the roomies
Quiet and mature hospitality consultant that prefers peace and quiet. I don’t have parties or guests over so this will be a peaceful place for anyone to stay.
