Located in the Cardinal Lake neighborhood near Falls Lake, about 15 minutes east of Duke, 15 minutes northwest of the RTP, 35 minutes to Raleigh, and 30 minutes north of Chapel Hill. Two people currently rent at the property as roommates - Brad and Nicole - both work in biotech in the RTP and are renting at least until March 2024, might renew. We are both respectful and help eachother out when needed. LGTBQ+ and 420 friendly!
