Makenna's room

I have a vacant private bedroom and bathroom in my apartment at the moment— your half of rent will be $532.50 plus $47.99 for internet and the electricity runs anywhere from your half being $40 to never going over $150 for the past two years that i’ve been here. I figured the estimate at $730 to account for the most you’ll ever pay in a month living here. My apartment is on the first floor and I do have a washer and dryer so you will not need to go to a laundromat:)

I like to keep to myself and stay in my room, and would prefer if my roommate was the same way because I mind my own business and don’t talk much so anyone who likes that and is the same way would be perfect. We would only need to speak when its time for bills but of course if we hit it off im always down for a friendship; I’ve just been here for two years already so i have my own routines and habits that i usually don’t alter very much. I have cats but they stay in my room unless no one is home and ill let them roam a little bit. I smoke inside(not cigarettes) and you are more than welcome to as well!
