Kerigan's room

Asking for a 6 month commitment, with the possibility to extend to 12. 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Rent will be $650-$800 depending on square footage. Private room and very large private bathroom. Option to have furnished or unfurnished room. Furnished include bed, nightstand, dresser, chest, lamp, fan. (Will provide photos of furniture in listing. Note: it’s just the furniture. The room in the photo is not the room you’d be renting. From past apartment) Prefer to rent to females but open to anyone. We do have a dog and 3 cats, so please don’t apply if you have allergies.

Me - I work about 50 hours a week so I’m gone a lot. My husband spends more time at home with the animals. We are both friendly but can leave you alone if you’re introverted!
