Bedroom for rent located in a brand-new home. Electric will be split evenly between everyone in the household. Everything in the home is energy efficient so electric bills are typically low (but based on usage). Looking for someone responsible and clean. Asking first, last and a refundable security deposit (if security deposit lease terms are met).

It is just my Fiancé and I in the home. We both work full-time. I also attend go to school online. We have a German Sheppard/Husky Mix that is super sweet. We are very friendly, accommodating (within reason), quiet, and clean. We are willing to welcome dogs if they get along with our dog.
