We are a quiet family of 3, two adults and a teenager girl. We work outside from Monday through Friday. We have two teenage cats. We have a 3bd 2-story with first floor garage. You will be living on the second floor near the kitchen and living room. The two other bedroom are on the second floor. You will have your private bathroom, your room will be furnished with a new full bed, desk, closet, mini fridge and microwave. We also have a spare full size fridge and freezer in the garage you can use. We don’t have TV but there is everything you need to plug in TV and cable in your room. You will be responsible to pay for cable and TV. All utilities and amenities included. Laundry in unit. Our room is available September 1st but can be free before. We can make arrangement! Sorry, no pet as we already have 2 cats. Female only. Thank you!
