Hello everyone!!
I recently bought my first 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house and I’m living alone with lots of extra room for a roommate. I have two extra rooms available for anyone looking for a place to stay. The house is located in the amazing St. George’s Hundred community in Williamsburg, Virginia which it perfect placed between shopping centers and trials. The neighborhood has direct access to the Green Springs trail and Virginia Capital trail which runs all the way to Richmond. The historic town of Jamestown with two local breweries are just minutes away from the house. The two available rooms have brand new carpet. One room is somewhat furnished with a newer queen size bed and night stand. The bathroom is right outside the room. Internet, water, trash and power are all included in the price. There is also a washer and dryer available.

My name is Anthony Creech. I am 37 and work out of Fort Eustis, VA. I am an Army Officer with 17 years in service so far. I recently bought this house when I moved to the area. I have tons of extra room and would be willing to have a roommate. The house is in great shape and very clean. I will be deploying in November for 9 months so the roommate will have the entire house to themselves minus the master bedroom and some of the garage. I am incredibly easy to get along with. I won’t be in the house most weekend because I always visiting family. I will respect your privacy. I am not nosy, picky or care if you bring guest or family over as long as the property is cared for and isn’t destroyed. I’m flexible with how you would like to pay rent.
