Sabrina's room

Small townhouse, 2 bed 2 bath, I use the bath in my room so the guest bath would be only yours unless there are guest over. Washer/dryer in the garage, small front and back patio. The neighborhood has a lot of kept grass area, and a pool. The room is on the smaller side, walk in closet, the house is older, hoping to update over time. The room comes with a TV or can be removed. Room is carpeted, open to room adjustments.

Im the only resident, I work full time and go to school full time. I have a small 10lb dog that runs the house, she is allowed on the couch, sleeps in my room, potty trained. After she gets used to you she’ll leave you alone just gets excited when people are around but is a calm pup. I don’t smoke at all, I don’t drink often. Looking for someone who is welcome to have friends but is not going to bring the party home, non smoking, overall responsible peraon.
