FULLY furnished private room in a 2bed/1bath home in a nice neighborhood near downtown San Mateo. Situated in close proximity to both the 101 and 92 highways, this location offers convenient access to downtown as well as the Caltrain and bus stations. Within a mere 5-minute stroll, you can reach the vibrant Downtown San Mateo, which boasts an array of dining establishments, coffee shops, and grocery markets. The nearest bus station is just a 2-minute walk away, while the San Mateo Caltrain Station is reachable within 7 minutes on foot. For those preferring to drive, the 101 and 92 highways are a mere 5-minute drive away.

The house is all furnished and has in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and gas stove. Parking is on the street, but the landlords in the unit behind often let us use the driveway temporarily if the spots are full. Room for rent is the back room and is very quiet with a walk-in closet. Current housemate is moving out at the end of September and looking to fill the room.

I’m a very “on-the-go” kind of person, so you’d hardly see me. I go to the gym really early in the morning and I’ll get home from work around 6pm or later every day and go straight to bed after dinner. I’m typically pretty shy and quiet, but I do love making new friends, going on adventures, and trying out new restaurants. Pretty much down for anything if my gym/work schedule allows!
