2 bed/ 2 bath in Retreat at Barton Creek, located in South Lamar. Lease would start Sept or Oct and end 10/2/24. Need to stay for entire lease, no pets. Fully renovated, new appliances, wood floors, balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, free parking, two pools and 24 hour gym in complex. You would have your own private room and bathroom. The complex does do a background and credit check for all new residents.
