Looking for a roommate to share beautiful -bedroom apartment in the Palmeras Apartment Homes community. The current roommate is moving out. Items pictured in the bedroom, bathroom, and living room are not included and will go with the current roommate. The apartment has a washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. The apartment community offers two pools, a gym, and a clubhouse. $45 application fee and $350 deposit. Utilities are not included in the rent. Pet friendly with an additional deposit and monthly rental fee. The lease is for 14 months.

I currently work from home and am in the marketing field with an emphasis on graphic design. I’m a big movie buff and enjoy reading, being in nature, learning, and personal growth. I’m originally from Iowa and moved to California in 2013. I love the weather and the different cultures.
