Comes with a medium size refrigerator, mini stove, microwave, fireplace, and shared laundry washer and dryer. Full access to backyard (in case you like gardening) One parking space with plenty of free parking on the street.

Location: Directly across the street from Memorial Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, and skate park. Schools nearby :APU and citrus college. Nearby downtown Azusa, close to the Gold Line train station, Post Office, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, grocery stores, many restaurants, and other convenient venues. Quick access to HWYS 210/605.

Rent Amount: $1300/month w $1000 security deposit. Cats are okay with an additional monthly fee to be determined and added to the rent amount. May consider a small dog.

Ready to move in the first week of September. The Lease will start on move in date and will be prorated from the first of the month and continue as an annual lodging through one year.

We are a couple with spare bedroom. We are very welcoming and accommodating. The cottage is completely private and separate from house. You will have your own private entrance to the cottage.
