Great safe location downtown Brooklyn three blocks from the Manhattan Bridge with a park right across the street, And Wegmans supermarket across the street as well, laundry mat in basement but I also have a washer and dryer in house. Two Bus stops one on each side of the building and the Jay St. borough Hall, High St., York Street, Laurence St. and DeKalb ave train stations are all a 10 minute or less walk from my building.

Well I grew up here with my mom and sister in this building so I know everyone. My mom and sister relocated to the south and left me here alone so I’m looking for roommates that are cool, quiet, and stay to themselves. It’s a safe and friendly environment because everyone who lives here mostly grew up here. Most of the people from here work for the city and just come and go minding their own business.
