The house is a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom cozy home with a studio at the rear of the property. It has a large living and dining area. The back yard has a relaxing patio area that can be accessed via the laundry room or driveway.

Our home provides sleeping arrangements as follows:

All 3 bedrooms in the home feature 1 queen bed with a memory foam mattress with comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. There is high-speed internet, a 55“ 4K TV, and a computer desk w/chair. 2 bedrooms have a shared bath and rent for $1400/mo. The master bedroom which has its own private bath and an add’l cedar closet/office rents for $1700/mo. The studio which is currently available has its own private entrance and washer/dryer in unit and rents for $1700/mo.

Living Room features a futon couch which has a 65“ 4K TV.

The kitchen has a French door refrigerator, a pantry, dishwasher, stove and microwave oven. The laundry room comes equipped with a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent & fabric softener. There is a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars comfortably. There is also free street parking for your convenience. Please see posted street signs for restrictions.

You will have full access to the house, driveway parking, patio and backyard; the garage is inaccessible as it is used as storage.

Check-in and property details will be provided 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-in begins at 3 PM. No early check-in due to cleaning protocols.

Check-out is at 10 AM sharp.

During your stay, please enjoy: pillows, bed sheets and comforters for all the beds; bath towels; a small hair dryer; an iron and ironing board; hand soap; body wash and shampoo; dishwasher soap; laundry detergent; and cleaning supplies.

We want you to enjoy our home, but please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. Noise must be kept low after 11 PM and any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking and/or vaping of any kind is absolutely prohibited inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Landlord lives off the premises. Landlord is 62 year old female who has property manager managing the premises.
