Just myself and Rio my dog. We don’t get many visitors. Very quiet. Only going to rent 1 room. Will be leaving 2 left over rooms empty. 2 story all rooms upstairs. Could be either short term or long. I’m about two blocks from Chemeketa Community College. Relative Quiet and drama free neighborhood. Fenced backyard. a Dog is ok but must be able to get along with my dog. Parking driveway or street but if someone was willing to help me empty out the garage for indoor parking. Not looking for a live in boyfriend or girlfriend. Can be up to 2 people but 1 car space
