It’s a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, bottom floor of a house. Plenty of space in the family room and living room, good size kitchen. Free laundry in the basement. Walking distance to Canisius college and Medaille college, and less than 10 minutes drive from Buffalo State and University of Buffalo. We are responsible for gas, electric, and wifi, split 3 ways evenly for the three bills. Very nice house with very detailed woodwork!
They are both great people, super friendly. They do their own thing. One of my roommates is a grad student at UB and is gone pretty much all day Monday-Friday, and my other roommate works often! One of them have a cat, absolute sweety, loves cuddles and pets if you allow him to, if you don’t like him though he’ll know and he’ll just stay away from ya and not bother you! Overall they are both genuine and good people, that mind their own and are great roommates to have :)
