Room for rent available in quiet neighborhood near McQueen & Guadalupe. House is 4br/3ba with shared kitchen and two living areas. Looking for a clean and quiet roommate.

Room is upstairs and shares a bathroom. Room amenities include queen bed, pillows, and bedding; as well as nightstand, mirror, ceiling fan, and closet.

Shared common areas are furnished with couches, tables, chairs, TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishware, washer, dryer, and small squat rack/bench.

I’m a 27 y/o guy with a fulltime job. Friendly and respectful but keep to myself for the most part. Looking for similarly minded people for single occupancy, no pets, and no smoking.

The monthly rent includes electric, water, sewer, garbage, internet, and pest control. House doesn’t currently have cable, but streaming platforms are available on the living room TV. I keep certain items stocked for resident use such as water, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap.
