About the room
This is a newly renovated property. Walking distance to the Landover Metro station (10/15 min walk) and the L12 bus (2 min walk). The person will be renting out the basement! The basement has its own 1/2 bathroom and pretty spacious with a small sectional. This will be YOUR OWN space. We will only share the shower and bathtub on the 2nd level and the common areas. No washer and dryer on site (sorry).
About the roomies
I am looking for someone quite like me! Family oriented and just overall fun and a good communicator. I am the only one living in the property but I do have family that comes to visit mainly on weekends so will not intrude or disturb what you may have going on. Looking for someone short term. No more than 6/8 month realistically.
