One bedroom in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse available on October 2! The house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, recently redone floors, new appliances, and TONS of outdoor space in the front and the back. The dining room is huge with plenty of space for a desk if you work from home! While the room is a little on the smaller side, I’ve never had an issue because the rest of the house more than makes up for it. There’s also a closet in the upstairs hallway that serves as the closet for this room. The room is $1150 plus utilities, and it can come partially furnished. The lease goes until May, with the opportunity to re-sign. We’re only looking for female roommates, please.

The two roommates are both women in their early/mid-20s. We love having people over, hanging out, and spending time on the back deck! We’re a big Taylor Swift house 😊 We share well when it comes to needing to borrow something for a recipe or an outfit, but always make sure to ask first.
