Hello!

We’re looking for a roommate starting 10/15!

What you’ll get:

• Private room with shared en suite bathroom. (You’ll share the bathroom with me but I don’t spend much time in it. I get ready for my day mostly in my bedroom.)
• Access to the entire house, which is located in an awesome neighborhood off of Desert Inn and Eastern. Literally 20 minutes away from just about everything in Vegas!
• Four incredibly friendly cats. 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ (don’t worry - the house doesn’t smell).

Rent/Utilities:

• $650 a month, not including utilities
• All utilities are split three ways (water, trash, internet, drinking water delivery)
• For electricity, we’ll be participating in the Flex program and everyone will pay $120 a month towards electricity every month. If it costs more for some reason, we’ll split the difference three ways. Our hope is that when summer comes, there will be enough in the Flex account that it will cover the the difference between what we pay monthly and what the bill costs.
• We alternate cleaning responsibilities but expect that people clean up after themselves regularly. This isn’t a museum by any means but we want everyone to behave responsibly.

You:

• Female, late 20’s or later.
• No pets ( I’m so sorry, we already have SO many! )
• Stable income. Must make 2.5x the rent.
• No drugs in the house. Weed is fine but it has to be smoked outside and no major odors. We work really hard to keep the house smelling fresh in spite of having cats and we don’t want any additional smells.
• Guests are welcomed as long as they’re respectful, clean up after themselves, etc. No long - term, overnight guests.

Sara - 35, three cats 🐈‍⬛🐈🐈‍⬛, works in hotel sales at a casino on the strip, loves Real Housewives, 90 Day Fiance’, wine, and trying new restaurants!

Char - 50s, one cat 🐈‍⬛. Works for Starbucks from home, owns a cleaning business on the side so she’s rarely home. Originally from NY so she’s loud, vibrant, and funny!
