Michael's room

This is a 2-story house with AC and fire pace. First floor has a kitchen, eating area, 2 living rooms (1 room that has a large sofa and TV), half bath, and the main level has 3 bedrooms and washer/dryer units that can be shared. The house is just minutes from I-25 and old town Fort Collins, off of E Vine Dr. The interior has recently been renovated. New paint, hardwood/ carpet floors, lighting, hardware, blinds, new stainless steel appliances. There is also a 2 car garage that has some shelves we can use as shared storage.

In total, there would be three of us living in the house (four if you include my dog). She is a well behaved 5 year old, small husky (Aspen). She wants to say hi to everyone and be everyone’s best friend.

Me: I am a 24-year-old male. I’m easy-going, flexible, and enjoy getting outside. I work full-time for a local business doing embroidery, screen-printing, and laser engraving. When I’m not working I like camping, spending time with friends and family, hiking and playing video games. ​​ I am looking for: One more very low-key roommate, who are respectful, clean, friendly, and responsible. The ideal move-in date is October 1st with a yearlong lease, and I’m open to roommates of all genders. It’s important that as roommates, we are a good fit for each other.
