Jon's room

Property is in a desirable community in Southern Temecula. Room is a granny flat or casita. It is attached to the main house but has its own door/access, complete privacy. Room size is 11’x13’, not including full size bath, vanity sink, and closet. No cooking allowed and no access to laundry facility. A/C and heating systems are centralized but room has a ceiling fan. Parking on street/driveway. Looking for a roommate who is willing to sign a 12-month lease and month-to-month thereafter.

I am a retired service member and currently work in civil service. My wife works in healthcare. Young adult daughter partially lives with us. We have two cats and a small dog. We are very easy to get along with and we respect our roommate’s privacy. Likewise, our privacy should be respected as well. We like taking a stroll and ride bikes in our friendly neighborhood.
