2 bed, one bath condo style apartment. Hardwood floors throughout and a small outdoor space as well. Uncovered parking spot for $25 extra. Laundry available in complex as well as a laundromatdown the street. Gym and pool/hot tub also in complex. Close to the freeway and shopping center as well. It is dog friendly with a pet deposit ($300) and pet rent (unless you have an ESA). You will need to apply ($48) through the leasing office to officially move in as well. Room is fortunate available SEPT 2024. Current roomie is looking to move sooner if possible though

Roomies would be me, my husband, and our dog (an ESA). I am a WFH teacher and my husband is a data engineer in Lakeside. We are in our late twenties and mostly keep to ourselves. We aren’t opposed to hanging out and doing things together either though! We love TTRPGS and videogames. We also enjoy the outdoors and going on hikes with our dog, Yurei. He is crate trained and we would never impose his care onto others. However, we would like everyone to get along! We are clean and organized so someone who values that as well would be the best fit.
