We have a large room for rent in our 5 bedroom home in the Ingleside area. It is downstairs and separate from the other rooms, so you will have lots of privacy (and your own bathroom!) If you prefer to keep to yourself, then this is the room for you.

The room is unfurnished. Previous tenants have easily fit a work desk with chair, couch, large TV, dresser, and a queen sized bed.

You will have access to all areas of the home: full sized kitchen with 2 refrigerators, spacious living area, dining room, free laundry on site, and a garage to park your car if you have one.

We are 4 young professionals in our 30s, 3 male and 1 female, who live upstairs and get along well. We work during the day and often hang out together in the common space or go out to enjoy SF’s night life on the weekends. It’s a chill vibe.
