i am looking for someone to SUBLEASE the master bedroom & bath in a 2br 2ba apartment ASAP preferably before the end of the month. it’s $950 a month and the deposit is $500-Its location is Colonial pointe apartments right by UCF, maybe 15 minutes from campus. One roommate currently lives other room and he is a good roommate literally stays to Himself and in school! Apartment is furnished besides and you will have the option of keeping bedroom set in the room. I loved living here but had to move out of state. The apartment comes with Free parking inside washer and dryer, large patio. furnished Living room area, dining area, kitchen. This room is for one person only preferably a college student or working professional. Requirements: -Minimum 600 credit score -No prior evictions or collections from rentals -1st month’s rent & security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) due before move in -Must pass criminal background check *Or you can cosign with a guarantor that meets these criteria. If interested, you will be sharing the apartment with a 22 year old male who is currently going to school and is in the military. He is an introvert so he stays to himself . He rarely goes out and very rarely have guest over. He don’t smoke or drink but don’t care if you do as long as you drink responsibility and smoke outside.
