Good fit for students, no common space and small kitchen. Rent is 1600 + utilities for the room, need 700+ credit score, first month rent upfront and one month rent as security deposit. Needs to make 40x the monthly rent annually ($64k) or have a guarantor who makes 80x the monthly rent annually ($128k) 6 Train Subway Stop 2 blocks away Laundromat 3 blocks away Trader Joe’s 3 blocks away Whole Foods 2 blocks away CVS & Duane Reade 2 blocks away

I am a 27 year old Designer working in Fashion & Tech industry. I am respectful and considerate roommate, towards the introverted side. I dont usually have guests, but when I do I always give a heads up.
