Great quiet neighborhood for walking/running. About 20-minute drive to oldtown Fort Collins and 15-minute drive to Costco/Walmart on Harmony.

I’m a graduate student at CSU (30s), and my boyfriend (40s) is an engineer working from home. My boyfriend owns the house and we are looking for someone who is friendly, mature, clean, and respectful (like us). We don’t smoke and have two cats.
