North Ocean Boulevard

This Condo is at The Granada House, and is right across the street from the beach. It is on the 11th floor and looks down at the pool and the Pompano Pier from the front, and down on the intercoastal and Huston’s Restaurant from the back. You can see the sun rise every morning and the sun set every evening.

I am a single male and I am an engineer and own a construction company. I love God the beach and kitesurfing. I keep my place very clean always. I am looking for a single female who puts God first in her life. I work allot when I am under contract… and so a roommate who knows how to cook and would take care of the place would be very valuable to me. No pets
