The rent at the property is for the whole apartment. Do not reach out if you do not meet the required items I have listed.

if by a single thought you may think “Hmmm I can pay these next 2 months and I’ll pray to the lord I can figure something out later on” please DO NOT contact me! This is meant for someone financially stable. 💞 ~~ 1 bath 1 bed Rent from Sept - Feb 2024. 1st Floor Internet + Valet Trash + Water included. ~~ –>💡 $80 for 1st month only. Starting in October, the Electricity will be based on your consumption. You can call Duke Energy to start your own service for October, or we can figure something out for me to leave my name on the light bill (Again due on the 1st of the month!) –> Pool and Gym –> Furry friend = $20/month (this is only because I am obliged to let the office know and they charge this fee as an add-on to the rent) ~~ Now, the requirements are as follows:

1. $1,300 is due on the 1st. Not 2nd, or so forth! I understand things happen but unfortunately, the leasing office does not. Rent is automatically withdrawn from my bank account. Therefore, at midnight on the 1st, it will be removed, and you will basically be reimbursing me! SAME DAY NO EXCEPTIONS! (We can discuss payment methods and I can provide a receipt if it’s in cash)

2. I appreciate you verbally telling me you will keep the apartment in good condition. However, that will not suffice because I do not want the security deposit from the apartment to be revoked. We will have a legally binding agreement that we will both sign stating that for any damages done to the apartment since the date of your move-in, you will pay & that you understand I can take legal action against you for it.

3. Must pass a background check.

4. Must fill out a short form with your personal information for my keepsake only. I can email you it. I do want to know you. God forbid - if you have a medical emergency. I would not know what to do.

7. MUST be RELIABLE.

I currently live here ALONE! but I want you to take over my Lease. There have been unforeseen circumstances in my life and because of this, it will be better for me to find someplace cheaper. I am very responsible and do not want to abandon it. That’s why I am here looking for someone who can take it!
