Liza's room

The room is furnished with a brand new queen size mattress and bedroom furniture. All utilities and fiber internet are included with the rent. Driveway parking is permitted. Smoking, drugs, parties and overnight guests are NOT permitted. The house is located in a brand new community with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking/driving distance, jogging trails and a community park. I am looking for a responsible, respectful and clean roommate.

I’m an engineer and travel often for work. I occupy my home <25% and my boyfriend stays over on occasion. I work from home when I’m in town. I like my home kept clean at all times, so I expect my roommate to clean after herself when using the kitchen. I’m a clean-freak, but easy to get along with.
