About the room
Apartment is 947 sq ft total. Room available is unfurnished with its own closet and a built in heater in the wall. Room is also carpeted. Apartment is part of the Chambers Creek Estates, you will have access to a outdoor pool, gym, sauna, indoor basketball court, amazon hub for packages, and a large shared yard.
Apartment itself is first floor with a washer/dryer setup in the bathroom. Has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Apartment isn’t furnished besides a pullout couch for guests. There is also a small outdoor closet that is lockable.
Stay would be short term for now as my lease is up in 5 months. No promises I’ll renew the lease but there’s a good chance.
About the roomies
Just one other living in the apartment which is me Max. I am 21 and work in construction. I usually keep to myself and noise isn’t much of a problem for me as long as you’re respectful. We will be meeting up in person before anything is set in stone. I’ll answer any and all questions you have if you dm me.
Also willing to help move you in if you need it. Depending on circumstances I also have a big work truck at my disposal to help haul whatever you need.
