South White Lilac Street

I just bought my first house and am now looking to fill it with like-minded roommates. We are a young professionals with the house size being 5 bd/ 3 bath and 2 stories in Mountain’s edge or southwest Las Vegas. The room we are looking to rent out is the only room downstairs with its own full bath room. It is right next to kitchen and garage so you can come and go easily and use any part of the house whenever you like. Outside we do have a jacuzzi and we also have two standard poodles that are hypoallergenic so no shedding or anything like that. Currently two couples under 30 are living in the house, so 4 people total. I am a Nurse and work in Labor and delivery helping babies come into the world. My partner is a day trader and works from his office upstairs but everyone else is rarely home as they work the usual 9-5s. I also work nightshift so I am usually sleeping during the day.
