Utilities: All utilities included except electricity, which will be split 3 ways.

Pets: No pets allowed due to allergies. Overnight Guests: No overnight guests for more than 3 nights per week. No Couples or kids.

Location: This spacious 3-bedroom newly built house is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Southpoint Casino, I-15, and the Las Vegas Strip. The house has stunning views of the mountains and is close to everything you need, including restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

Amenities: This house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a small dining area, a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a home workout area, and modern decor. There is also a small backyard with a patio. The larger of the two bedrooms has a small walk-in closet, and parking space while the smaller bedroom has street parking.

The bedroom: The bedroom is about 9x9 with a sliding closet and is $700/month with street parking. The shared bathroom has a shower and bathtub.

The kitchen: The kitchen is new and has stainless steel appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a microwave and a toaster oven.

The living room: The living room is spacious and has a large TV. There is also a fireplace and a leather couch.

The backyard: The backyard is small but has a patio.

This house is perfect for those who want somewhere quiet to come home to. Not a party house. It is close to everything you need and has all the amenities you could want.
