Hello!! Thank you so much for reading!! In regards to my 3rd floor apartment…I am about 2-3 miles from UNE in Biddeford, which mean 3 miles from the best beaches!! So close to town and the highway as well!! You would have your own good sized room, shared bathroom, kitchen and living space. Washer and Dryer included. I also have a cat who would love your company. Your $1000 would include everything except food. Rent, heat, hot water, high speed internet, electricity, off street parking, safe neighborhood. Very quiet, and great landlord and neighbors. The only thing that you would need to provide would be a bed and anything that you might want in your room.. Tv etc.

4 Bedrooms, two are currently being used for storage. We could figure that out. A non-smoker is a must!! Thank-you!!

I am a professional female looking a roommate. I am rarely home due to my job in the social work field. My boyfriend lives in NH and I spend 75% of my time there. But, I am not ready to give my apartment up yet. I love music, concerts, I’m an avid crafter. Love the beaches, sports and just having fun when I’m not working. I am 47 with the heart of a 21 year old. Seriously. Lol!! I’m looking for someone who can be responsible in my apartment for the next year. I plan on leaving in October 2024. It’s a nice building and it’s a nice area. No parties, no smoking…….. drinking is fine if you have a couple of friends over, but I’ve never had a complaint and I don’t want to start now. I just want to be completely transparent. My schedule is sporadic. When I am there, it might only be for a couple of days in a row, but it also might be for a week if my boyfriend is traveling.

I am open to a professional female, could consider a younger professional male with the right personality….a med student from UNE or someone just starting out would be optimal. I have kids, but they are only around when I am there which isn’t a ton….20, 18 and 12. I am not a neat freak but like things to be nice. I am looking for someone to move in Mid September.
