YOU (Woman Only): I’m seeking a mature, kind, financially sound, communicative, caring, friendly, timely woman to rent half of this space with!! It is very important to me to create an uplifting, healthy environment of cohabitation together. This space is open for professionals, creatives, leaders, teachers, healers (or all of the above). You are respectful of time, space, and noise, and enjoy a tidy place. You do not partake in substance use, or have any additional pets.

ME: I’m a responsible woman in my mid-twenties and work remotely in the Real Estate Industry. As a human, I love to experience many of life’s wonders, nature, natural living, reading, growing, developing, to be the best version of me for myself and humanity. Massively goal oriented, dream big. I tend to reflect and think deeply, and am very kind and real to other fellow humans. I have a happy little schnauzer girl dog, who is very sweet and well behaved.

After recently vacating my previous home due to black mold, I just signed on this place and am beyond excited to start this next strengthening chapter of life (No black mold in this place, thankfully!) KIND neighbors, very calm environment. Will consider very small pet :)

It is a must to treat this home as a safe, supportive, loving, nurturing, healing environment as we work, expand, and rest.
