About the room

Very close to downtown and all three colleges, as well as walking/biking/bussing distance to many desired locations.

I have one smaller room that is open for the foreseeable future for $600+ split utilities with current tenant(s), and one larger room that will only be open until nov 1st. For 750+ utilities Currently open for month to month.

If you only want to live here for the summer, I am willing to negotiate on terms or price.
