Property is located in a safe neighborhood in Fremont, CA. Tenant can easily access BART and highway 680 and 880. Very close to Pacific Commons and grocery stores. Bedroom faces east and tenant will enjoy an amazing sun rise and a beautiful view of Mission Peak. Pool in the back yard and the front yard has an apple tree, pomegranate tree and a loquat tree. Both the pool and front lawn are kept in pristine condition. Tenant can relax on the front porch and enjoy the scenery. House is located directly in front of a school ground so there is no other houses in front of the property. Parking is available on the drive way. Kitchen, Living Room, Dining room and all other common areas accessed by owner and other tenants will be shared spaces. Landlord will share the washer and dryer with tenant.

My wife and I will be staying in the master bedroom however because we travel a lot we will not be there.
