Plenty of attic storage. No basement storage. W/D hookup in basement. Small yard and one garage space and one behind it.. Available before Sept 1 move in. We will be able to discuss with landlord together our move in date(s) before signing the lease.

I will be the only other person living on/at the property. I found and have the lead on this apartment I just need to find one other individual to join me and sign the lease with me.

I am clean, quiet, responsible and easy to get along with as long as we’re honest with each other about things we enjoy and our dislikes. Communication is key and not holding onto problems or irritations. I’m looking for someone who is going to be hybrid or working out of the house like me. If you’re work from home we would just need to discuss common areas and ways to allow you to work outside of your room and common areas.

I like keeping the sink empty and clean after cooking and cleaning. I find that it makes it easier on everyone that lives within the home and glasses and dishes don’t start to pile up.

Unfortunately we aren’t allowed a cat at this time but its possible we can get the landlord on board if good tenants.
