This is a 3 bed 2.5 bathroom 1600 sq. ft. townhouse renovated to create an open floorplan in the kitchen. New paint, floors, and fixtures (2022) New AC Unit (2023). The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The other two rooms will share a bathroom which has the laundry machine in it. The House will be professionally cleaned prior to move-in. There is no smoking indoors, but smoking is allowed outside. There are 2 assigned parking spaces and 1 visitor spot right in front of the property, additional parking spots are located on the neighborhood street.
The room will be available September 1, 2023. 12 Month Lease. $1200.00/month with a $600 security deposit. Rent is due on the 1st of the Month. All utilities will be included in the monthly rent, including high-speed internet, water, electricity, and trash. In-Unit washer/dryer on the 2nd floor shared bathroom. Rooms will be unfurnished prior to move-in. Your room is the Master Bedroom which has a walk-in closet and your own bathroom.
