About the room
Hey guys!
I will be moving out at the end of September and need to fill my bedroom in this 3 bed / 1 bath apartment in the Marina district.
Rent is $1600 (Utilities come out to about $50 each with Wifi). Some months it is less! Laundry is on site and shared with the rest of the building.
The place is just a short walk from the Marina Green, Fort Mason, Safeway, coffee shops, and fun restaurants / bars on Union and Chestnut Street.
About the roomies
A little bit about the two AMAZING roommates you will have:
Anna, 24 Works in medical device sales and is gone for most of the day. She lives a very active lifestyle and is always down for adventures.
Taylor, 26 Works a hybrid job with Genentech, on a professional dance team and also teaches dance several times a week! She also has an awesome cat named Walter :))
Looking for someone around the same age, LGBTQ friendly, 420 friendly and must be comfy living with cats too!
