This is a 3bed, 2.5 bath townhouse. I have 2 rooms available on the 3rd floor, 1 shared bathroom for both rooms. Laundry is conveniently located in the hallway next to all the rooms. There’s a half bath on the 2nd floor in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. There’s also a small balcony, a “day” basement, and garage. The kitchen is pretty spacious. Even though it’s a townhouse, the home is in an HOA so they are meant to be owned, therefore it’s soundproof and you can’t hear your neighbors at all. Very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Loads of kids in the area if you have kids who’d need new friends during this transition. This home is only a stone throw away from Carlisle Pike where all retail, dining, and grocery needs can be fulfilled, and about 15 mins from the Capital City Mall. We can discuss longer stay options when the time comes.

I have two cats. They have never lived with other pets so we’d have to see if they mesh well with your pet(s). I keep the house cat hair free because even though I love my fur babies, I hate having fur all over the place. Not a clean freak but I like things to be pretty tidy since everything has its place.
