Elizabeth's room

Hi There! The apartment has two bedrooms (me and baby have the master) Your room has a very large closet and carpeted floors. We do share a bathroom- but laundry is in unit! I am looking for someone who is is good with kids (no responsibilities)or that will be gone most of the time. Unit is first floor but in a raised building so no one under you and no one at your bedroom window! Complex has a small gym two pools(one has a BBQ), hot tub, two tennis courts, pool table and ping pong table and a club house(ish) place to rent out for parties.

I am a full time single mom(31) and work full time. My son is a year and a half and very active. I try and keep most of the toys/ chaos in our room but there may be toys around and kid shows on. Light sleepers probably shouldn’t apply
