Hello! My house is about ~10 minutes south of downtown, nestled at the end of a quiet neighborhood. It’s furnished thoughtfully, including a large yard and a deck to entertain. The kitchen and laundry room have the latest, modern appliances. Seeking other young professionals that will appreciate the balance between a quiet space to work and close proximity to the excitement of downtown. This neighborhood is also walking distance to famous Jo’s Coffee, Austin Java, and Cork and Brew. It’s also very close to the local swimming pool, walking trails, and grocery stores like Sprouts. I am flexible on lease term and am happy to help find furniture options for your room if necessary. Will consider allowing a pet per tenant if they pass a behavior check. Pets require an additional $100 security deposit unless they are a trained and certified service animal.

I am a mid-twenties, young professional in the tech industry. I enjoy spending weekends near Austin’s downtown but prefer to retreat to my quiet and comfortable home during the week. I value cleanliness and do not have any pets.
